PREPARATION FOR THE THIRD SEASON FEASTS: THE CONGREGATION OF THYATIRA (Revelation 2:24-29)

The KING is in the FIELD! AWAKEN the BELIEVERS!

CONGREGATION FOUR: THYATIRA (Revelation 2:24-29)

THE BELIEVERS THAT DID NOT ACCEPT JEZEBEL’s WAYS:

• To the REST of the BELIEVERS in THYATIRA, those who DO NOT hold this teaching of JEZEBEL, who have not learned what some people call the “deep things” of the Adversary (Satan) – meaning they did not got deeply involved in the occult and Satanism – I say this: “I am not loading you up with another burden; only HOLD FAST to what you have UNTIL I COME. 

• JEZEBEL did not repent but there were other BELIEVERS in the CONGREGATION who did not allow her to influence them and did not participate in her sin and therefore were overcomers.

THE REWARD FOR THE OVERCOMERS

To him (the person) who WINS the VICTORY and DOES what MESSIAH YESHUA wants until the GOAL is REACHED:

1) He (Messiah Yeshua) will GIVE AUTHORITY over the NATIONS;

• He (the overcomer) will RULE them with a STAFF of IRON and
• Dash them to pieces like pottery.
• Just as MESSIAH YEHSUA received AUTHRITY from HIS FATHER (read Psalm 2:8-9).
• He (Messiah Yeshua) will give him (the overcomer) the MORNING STAR (a position of high authority).

In the END TIMES the nations will RISE up and REBEL against YHVH the Father and YESHUA the SON, but the FATHER will appoint HIS SON as KING on MOUNT ZION to RULE over the NATIONS (Psalm 2:6, Isaiah chapters 60 & 62 and Revelation 17:14, 19:15-16 & 21:23-27).

2) Then YHVH’s people (all the overcomers) will RULE and REIGN with MESSIAH YESHUA (Daniel 7:18, Matthew 25:34, Luke 22:29, 2 Timothy 2:12, Revelation 20:4-6 & 22:5) And NO SIN will be able to enter the city.

Paul warned the believers about this over and over in all the different cities he had ministered, that if they keep on willfully doing the works of the flesh (the old nature/ sinning willfully, with intent), like sexual immorality, impurity, indecency, lust, evil desires and obscene (indecent) talk (conversations), involvement with the occult and with drugs; in feuding, fighting, becoming jealous and getting angry, exasperation, meanness, slander, murder; in selfish ambition, factionalism, intrigue and envy; in drunkenness, orgies (wild parties/ celebrations), greediness which is idol worshipping (including gluttony, self-indulgence/ pleasure-seeking, luxury/ extravagance), lies and falsehood and things alike and do not REPENT and be filled with the HOLY SPIRIT (therefore not die to the flesh and be born again) they will not be able to enter the KINGDOM of GOD the Father. And therefore, Paul encouraged the believers in Ephesians 5:13b: “Get up sleeper! Arise from the dead, and Messiah will shine on you!”  (also read Isaiah 35:8, & 52:1, Joel 4:17, Galatians 5:19-21, Ephesians 5:5, Colossians 3:5-11 and Revelation 21:27 & 22:15).

THEY SHOULD MAKE SURE:

• They HEAR and LISTEN to the VOICE of the HOLY SPIRIT in this message to them.

SOUL SEARCHING

1. Am I rejecting the sexual immorality and false teachings/ customs in the congregation I attend and or the community I live in?

2. Am I avoiding dabbling into the occult and Satanism?

3. Am I still involved in willful sin of the flesh (the old nature) that has not died yet and keep me from being filled with the HOLY SPIRIT?

REPENTANCE, RESTORATION AND ENCOURAGEMENT

• IDENTIFY ALL WILLFUL sin that we are still allowing in our lives, REPENT of it, RECEIVE ABBA FATHER’s FORGIVENESS, and TURN back in OBEDIENCE to HIM and ask for a NEW INFULLING of THE HOLY SPIRIT, to teach, guide and support us EVERY DAY to STAY on Abba Father’s NARROW WAY.

• PRAY for YHVH our God’s CLEANSING and HEALING of OURSELVES, our FAMILIES, our CONGREGATIONS and our NATION.

• And DO as Paul advises in Ephesians 5:15-17 “Therefore, pay careful attention to how you conduct your life – live WISELY, not unwisely. Use your TIME WELL, for these are evil days. So don’t be foolish (unwise), but try to understand what the WILL of YHVH (our Father) is”.
