WAKE-UP CALL: Part 2 – Come out of Babylon! A PRAYER for those with HARDENED (STONE) HEARTS

Abba Father,

Thank You that I am hearing Your voice TODAY calling my name to open my eyes and bring me out of the prison where I sat in darkness for a long time because I have HARDENED my heart until it was as hard and cold as STONE and I could not feel, see, hear or understand Your LOVE and other people’s LOVE for me.

Thank you Abba that you promise us in Your Word that when we SEEK You with ALL our HEART, we WILL FIND YOU.

Father, I choose today, not to HARDEN my heart one day longer allowing the enemy to steal from me and missing out on the ABUNDANT LIFE that Yeshua have paid the full price for me to live.

Thank you Abba, that You promise when we draw near to You, You will draw near to us. I choose TODAY to draw near to You and to with Your help, PURIFY my HEART from all double-mindedness (a spiritual conflict that can deeply affect faith, peace and purpose), vexation (displeasure, discontentment, annoyance, irritation, frustration, impatience, wrath, anger), bitterness (resentment, hostility, cynicism) and vanity (pride, narcissism/ self-absorption/egotism, selfishness, conceit/ superiority and arrogance) and to put away all pain and hurt (wounds, offence, unhappiness, sadness) from my body, soul (my heart and mind) and spirit caused by all these emotions that I have hold on to for far too long.

Abba, Your Word explains that HOPELESSNESS makes our HEARTS sick and ANXIETY weighs us down and I hear Yeshua the Messiah calling me, who are weary (tired, exhausted) and burdened (troubled, weighed down), to give me rest. I want and need His REST Abba, and I thank You that You promise us in Your Word that when we HUMBLY RETURN to You, seek Your face and PRAY and REPENT (apologize with remorse and regret and ask forgiveness) for our wicked ways and unrighteous thoughts and TURN from our wicked ways, You are GRACIOUS and MERCIFUL and ABOUNDING in STEADFAST (unwavering, unfaltering) LOVE to FORGIVE us and WIPE OUT our sins so that times of REFRESHING and HEALING may come in our lives.

Father I know that this will require of me to WALK on the NARROW WAY with the help of Your Holy Spirit in the FOOTSTEPS of my Messiah Yeshua.

I admit that my understanding of Your WORD are currently darkened and that I am alienated from the life You require me to LIFE because of my ignorance and HARDNED HEART. I REBELLED when You TESTED and DISCIPLINED me, because I chose to close my eyes and ears to Your instructions in Your Word and everyone who wanted to teach me, and my heart became desperately (terribly and extremely) sick and more deceived (misled and trapped) each day to a point where I felt no one understands me and I do not understand myself. Father you warn us in Your Word that You view REBELLION as WITCHCRAFT and that whoever remains stiff-necked (stubborn, rebellious and arrogant) after many rebukes (reprimands, warnings) will suddenly be destroyed.

And I now realize that my HARDEND REBELLIOUS HEART grieved You because You WANTED to RESTORE and HEAL me, but would not act against my own free will.

Your Word warns us that in the LAST DAYS there will come difficult times and people will be HEARTLESS (coldhearted, uncaring, cruel, unpleasant, unfeeling, pitiless, merciless, hard and unkind, unfriendly, hostile) and I am sad to admit that I have become one of those people. Your Word tells us that the deceitfulness of sin HARDENS people’s HEARTS and one’s HEART becomes progressively more evil, PROUD, stubborn, unbelieving, skeptical, doubting and suspicious, leading you to FALL AWAY from You the LIVING GOD who created us all (deliberately turning away from the TRUTH, Your WORD and willfully rejecting Yeshua the Messiah and Your rule/ Your laws, instructions, and regulations in my life).

I realize now, a HARDENED HEART is UNABLE to see, hear and understand Your Word and therefore will not listen to Your Word and not do/ not obey Your Word to one’s own detriment (disadvantage, loss, harm) and destruction (ruin). With a HARD and IMPENITENT (unrepentant, unregretful, unremorseful, shameless) HEART I am also storing up wrath for myself on JUDGEMENT DAY when Your righteous judgement is revealed and You will deal severely with a hardened heart against You.

Sometimes our HEARTS become HARDENED because of what people SAID or DID to us, and Your Word recognizes that careless, cruel WORDS can be like daggers wounding and damaging our hearts. But thank You Abba that You are near to the broken hearted and saves the crushed in spirit and that You are the One who are able to HEAL our broken HEARTS and bind up our WOUNDS, if we are willing to let You. Your Word also warns us NOT to TAKE to HEART all the things people SAY and DO. Man tends to look at the outward appearance of people, but You look at the HEART and Your Word indeed tells us that as water reflects a person’s face, so the HEART of a person, REFLECTS the PERSON. Yeshua told us that the good person out of the GOOD TREASURE of his heart produces good, and the evil person out of the EVIL TREASURE produces evil, for out of the abundance of our hearts our mouths speak. And He further explained what comes out of our mouths defiles us. For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false witness and slander. All the things that You forbid in Your commandments in our relationships to other people, since all of them HARM other people and ourselves.

Sometimes I think my way of doing things is right, but You WEIGH (evaluate) my HEART and You search my HEART (my feelings) and TEST my MIND (my thoughts) to give to me what I deserve according to my ways (habits, behavior, traditions) and the FRUITS of my deeds (my actions). And all of us must appear before the judgement seat of the Messiah, so that each one may receive what is due for what he has done in the body, whether good or evil.

Abba Father TODAY I am taking a decision to COME OUT OF BABYLON and ENTER THE NARROW WAY to allow You to REMOVE my HEART of STONE and give me a HEART of FLESH, a soft pliable HEART and a new willing spirit that will be able to SEE YOU, HEAR YOUR VOICE and UNDERSTAND YOUR WORD!

I accept I have to ENTER THROUGH THE GATE, YESHUA the MESSIAH, who is the TRUTH and the LIFE and the ONLY WAY to YOU ABBA FATHER.

As I enter the OUTER COURT my FIRST STOP is at the CROSS representing Your FIRST FEAST: PASSOVER

Thank You Abba Father that You loved the world so much that You gave Your only Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. For You did not send Your Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through Him. I accept YESHUA the MESSIAH’s full payment for my sin with His precious blood on the cross at Golgotha as a FREE GIFT from You SETTING me FREE from the slavery to sin as well as the fear, shame, guilt and sickness going with it and the SECOND DEATH. Thank You Abba Father for Your promise that if I believe in Yeshua, Your Son, I have eternal life.

Abba Father I know that this was a very important FIRST STEP starting my JOURNEY of SANCTIFICATION and relationship with You, and the SECOND STOP now requires BAPTISM and ongoing REPENTANCE.  I understand that this will require of me dying to my old sinful self and daily washing my hands and feet with repentance through the water of Your Word to remain clean representing Your SECOND FEAST: UNLEAVENED BREAD.

Father, Your Word tells us that whoever conceals his transgressions will not prosper, but he who confesses and forsakes them will obtain mercy and that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Father, I know that our sins break Your heart because You know that sin harm and destroy us and I now come before You with a heart full of remorse admitting the following sins that came from my HARDEND HEART and ruined my life:

• Double-mindedness (a spiritual conflict deeply affect faith, peace and purpose).
• Vexation (displeasure, discontentment, annoyance, irritation, frustration, impatience, wrath, anger).
• Bitterness (resentment, hostility, cynicism).
• Vanity (pride, narcissism/ self-absorption/egotism, selfishness, conceit/ superiority and arrogance).
• Pain and hurt (wounds, offence, unhappiness, sadness).
• Stubbornness (inflexibility) and rebellion (revolt, uprising).
• Being HEARTLESS (coldhearted, uncaring, cruel, unpleasant, unfeeling, pitiless, merciless, hard and unkind, unfriendly, hostile)
• Unbelieving, skeptical, doubting and suspicious.
• Not accepting reprimands and warnings.
• Allowing evil thoughts of murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false witnessing and slander, becoming evil deeds HARMING myself and other people.

Abba Father, PLEASE FORGIVE me for all these things and PLEASE also cast out all evil spirits in the Name of Yeshua my Messiah that encourage and sustain these evil thoughts, emotions and resulting behavior in me. Abba please create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit (thoughts that are obedient to Yeshua) within me.

Abba Father, thank You that through Romans 6:3-7 I know that that when I am baptized in water, I am baptize into Messiah Yeshua’s death and buried with Him as I go down into the water grave in order to be raised with Him from the dead as I come out of the water to Your glory, that I may too live a NEW LIFE. For if I am UNITED with Him in a death like His, I will certainly be UNITED with Him in a resurrection like His. For I know that my old self was crucified with Him so that the body ruled by sin might be done away with, that I no longer be a slave to sin – because anyone who died has been set free from sin. Therefore I am born again and no longer make a practice of sinning for Your seed now abides in me.

Thank You Father that while I am still living on earth and being on my journey of sanctification day-by-day and step-by-step, I have the wonderful opportunity of confessing accidental sins to You every day, while I get stronger and stronger in SPIRITUAL WARFARE as I become more skilled in using the SWORD of the SPIRIT (Your Word) against these sins, so that I may live FREE from all fear, guilt and shame.

Now I may enter through the DOOR (Yeshua my Messiah) into the HOLY PLACE where COMMUNION (unity, intimacy) WITH YESHUA is RESTORED and I may LEARN YOUR WAYS (eat the Bread of Life and drink His Living Water). Representing Your THIRD FEAST: FIRST FRUIT.

Abba Father, I receive Your Word and will keep it within my HEART and I know that it is at work in me as a believer in You.

I now know how important it is to guard my heart (my emotions and thoughts) with watchfulness and make EVERY THOUGHT OBEDIENT to YESHUA my MESSIAH, who IS THE WORD, because the condition of my HEART (my emotions and thoughts) determines my whole life and my HARDENED HEART nearly destroyed my life.

Thank you Abba Father that Your Word has the ability to transform my life through the renewal of my mind (my thoughts) and that EVERY WORD is breathed by You through Your Holy Spirit and it is able to teach, reproof, correct, and train me in righteousness, to be complete and equipped (prepared, furnished, armed) for every good work.

Thank You also that Your PEACE (shalom) which surpasses all understanding, will guard my heart (emotions) and my mind (thoughts) in Messiah Yeshua.

Abba Father, I choose from TODAY onwards to DAILY read Your Word and in this way store it up in my heart that I might not sin against you. Please teach and remind me also through Your Holy Spirit to take EVERY THOUGHT captive and let it obey Messiah Yeshua.

Please teach me to number my days that I may get a heart of wisdom (understanding, knowledge and insight) and teach me Your way that I may walk in your TRUTH; unite my heart to fear Your Name. Please help me Abba not to merely listen to the WORD but also to DO what it says. Thank You that You bless me when I OBEY Your commands.

Yeshua our Messiah tells us in the Word that we show our LOVE to Him by OBEYING His teachings and that You will also LOVE us, and You will come to us and make Your home with us.  Thank You Abba Father that You ensures us that Your WORD will endure forever.

Father, thank You for Your FORGIVENESS for all my sins. I now also choose to FORGIVE myself and be kind and compassionate to others, forgiving them, just as in the Messiah You forgave me.

Let His LIGHT shine on you by being filled with His HOLY SPIRIT and become the light to the world, representing Your FOURTH FEAST: PENTECOST.

Thank You Abba Father that You give light to the eyes of my heart (my emotion and thoughts) through Your Word and Your Holy Spirit that I know what is the hope to which You has called me, the riches of Your magnificent inheritance for me as a believer and follower of Yeshua my Messiah. As He declared and promised: He is the light of the world and if I follow Him I will not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.

Father, pleas fill me TODAY and EVERYDAY of my life with Your Holy Spirit to enable me to DO Your will and to bear the FRUIT of Your Holy Spirit of LOVE, JOY, PEACE, PATIENCE, KINDNESS, GOODNESS, FAITHFULNESS, GENTLENESS and SELF CONTROL. Thank You that the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of TRUTH and that He will guide me into ALL TRUTH, and declare to me the things that are to come for me to be prepared. Thank You Abba that even if an army f the enemy encamp against me, my heart shall not fear and even if war arise against me, I will be confident because You are with me and therefore I can be strong and let my heart take courage in You.

I will Praise and Worship You, representing Your FIFTH FEAST: TRUMPETS.

I will give thanks to Abba Father with my whole heart; I will recount all of your wonderful deeds. I will be glad and triumph and rejoice in you; I will sing praises to Your Name, the Most High. Thank You that You are GOOD and that Your LOVE for me ENDURES FOREVER.

Abba, please let the words of my mouth and my thoughts and emotions of my heart be acceptable in your sight, my Rock and my Redeemer. I will praise You with an honest heart, when I learn all Your righteous rules (guidelines and instructions).

YESHUA OUR MESSIAH TORE THE VEIL SEPERATING ME FROM THE HOLIEST OF HOLIES and I may – WALK IN YOUR WAYS and LIVE IN YOUR PRESENCE in accordance to YOUR COVENANT, representing Your SIXTH FEAST: DAY of ATONEMENT.

Abba Father I am drawing near to You with a true heart in full assurance (declaration) of faith (confidence, hope, trust, believe), with my heart sprinkled clean with the blood of Your Son, Messiah Yeshua from an evil conscience and my body and soul washed with pure water from Your Word.

Abba Father, please write Your COMMANDMENTS on my heart and in my mind to enable me to live according to Your Word.

I choose to carefully observe (take note of) Your commandments and to LOVE You and walk in ALL Your ways and to KEEP YOUR COMMANDMENTS and HOLD FAST ONTO YOU and SERVE YOU with ALL my heart (emotions) and with ALL my soul (thoughts and free will) and all my strength. Your precepts (principles, teachings, laws, guidelines and instructions) are right, rejoicing the heart, Your the commandments are pure, enlightening (informing, instructing) my eyes. Your testimonies are my heritage forever, for they are the JOY of my heart. I incline my heart to perform your statutes forever, to the end.

Worship Him in TRUTH and SPIRIT and walking in His GRACE and MERCY, representing Your SEVENTH FEAST: TABERNACLES

Abba Father, I delight myself in You and know You will give me the desires of my heart and fulfill Your good plans for my life.

My flesh and my heart may fail, but You are the strength of my heart and my portion forever. I trust in your steadfast LOVE; my heart shall rejoice in Your SALVATION. I will SING to You, because You dealt bountifully (abundantly, generously) with me.

Thank You Abba Father that Your WORD and ALL the GOOD THINGS that You promise will never fail and that the aim of our charge is LOVE that issues from a PURE HEART, a GOOD CONCIENCE and a SINCERE FAITH. Help me Father to DAILY WALK in this aim of, LOVE for You above ALL else, and LOVE for other people as for myself.

Thank you that You promise me that neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation will be able to separate me from Your LOVE.

I declare that on You alone my soul waits in silence, from You comes my SALVATION, You alone is my ROCK and my SALVATION, my FORTRESS; I shall not be greatly shaken. In You alone I wait in silence, for my hope (faith, confidence, courage) is found in You.

I pray this in the mighty Name of my REDEEMER and SAVIOR, Messiah Yeshua.
